I'll often flip through food magazines, buy them with the intent to cook the delicious recipes, but then never actually cook them. This time though, I followed through with my plan and I made Blueberry Swirl Ice Pops. Minus the Popsicle sticks... so basically I made little tubs of blueberry icecream. They were so nommy, absolutely delicious, and kind of guilt free since they were made with yogurt and fresh blueberries! The food magazine special had dozens of other ice pop flavors to try out including mojito and peach cream which I will be sure to try out soon.
